• Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact our support team with your order ID and reason for exchange.

• Shipping Costs: Exchange shipping may be free for the first request; subsequent exchanges may attract a nominal fee.

• No return or refunds will be given, only exchanges allowed. The exchanged/Replaced products will be delivered within 7 days
